When you submit a consultation request, NY State of Mind Studio may collect your name, company, email address and the project information you provide. Website audit requests may also include a website URL, phone number, business type, website goals, challenges, traffic and revenue information when you choose to provide it.

How it is used

This information is used to review your request, contact you and provide information about relevant services. It is not sold.

Form processing

Consultation forms are processed by FormSubmit. Information you submit is therefore also subject to FormSubmit’s data practices. You may contact the studio directly by email instead of using the form.

Free website audit requests are stored privately in NY State of Mind Studio’s website database and are used only to review your site, deliver the audit and respond about relevant next steps.
